Andy Long

I have been with the Ambulance Service since 2007. I trained with North West Ambulance Service where I spent 3 fantastic years working in Liverpool and Wirral.

In 2010 we relocated to the Norfolk and I transferred to East of England Ambulance Service. Prior to joining the Ambulance Service I worked as a staff nurse on a busy acute medical ward. I am currently studying at University East Anglia, towards my certificate in Higher Education in Emergency Medical Care. Working as part of the Cycle response unit allows me to combine work with one of my most enjoyable past times. For me, it is the ideal job.

Outside of work I enjoy running, mountain biking and spending time with my family.
